You can wrap it around your foot either under or over socks to wear inside any shoe however it is obviously slightly easier to wear with a comfort type of shoe or trainer rather than with a fashion shoe.

The arch support is made from neoprene so it is comfortable and light to wear. One size fits all. Secured in place by Velcro fastenings. A great new product.
